Since 2010 I have been trying to lose weight and while you can look back and see the results I have obtained, I am also the heaviest I have ever been right now due to my giving up. I have a crack, and then shit goes south, so I go back to ‘normal’
I still dont go out and eat a lot of crap, and generally try to eat everything in moderation, of course I will have the occasional maccas, or FUIC (Farmers Union Iced Coffee) but while at work, I always take a protein shake for dinner, I generally have one for breakfast, and have a salad roll for lunch.
I have just changed doctors and my new one wanted me to try the 5:2 Diet, the diet itself is pretty simple, eat whatever you want (within reason) for 5 days and then fast for 2 days. For males its 600 cals on your fast days and for women its 500 cals.
I, also, was given a script for 30mg Duramine to take on my fasting days.
